Responsible for administration tasks, supporting sales and business development for our Site Delivery Solutions (SDS) team.

The Role

  • Supporting the administrative needs of the SDS team
  • Timekeeping support for SDS staff for accounting of hours, utilization etc
  • Travel arrangements for SDS staff
  • Visas arrangements for SDS staff
  • Maintaining the SDS Travel library: personnel details, certifications, training records, certificates etc
  • Collect vendors invoices, code and allocate in Basware
  • Assist Director, Site Delivery Solutions with reporting
  • Process documentation maintenance
  • Training database management
  • Project database management
  • Furnace database management
  • Personnel database management
  • Onboarding for SDS Staff
  • Supplier setup support
  • Purchasing support
  • Sales lead generation for future activities at customer plant
  • Travel and significant time on site required
  • Train and mentor less senior personnel
  • Positively impact the Health and Safety Culture of the team

 

The successful candidate will possess the following:

Essential

  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with various types of office-based software.
  • 5 years + office-based experience in a manufacturing, mining, shutdown, project or heavy industry environment.
  • Demonstrated experiences in supporting team members to achieve common goals
  • Process driven mindset
  • Ability to work in and make a positive and professional contribution to a team environment.
  • Well-developed presentation skills, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
