Join our Premium Gaming team and help deliver joyful guest experiences through your genuine care and professionalism.

About the Role
As a Premium Service Representative, you will support the department’s business objectives by executing compliance, operational, and service initiatives within the Premium Gaming areas. Reporting to the Premium Area Managers, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while maintaining operational excellence.

This is a part-time role, requiring availability for 40–80 hours per fortnight, including weekends and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute core compliance, operational, and service initiatives in Premium Gaming areas
  • Facilitate end-to-end processes for promotions and events
  • Maintain excellence in customer engagement and guest duty of care
  • Investigate and resolve customer account issues with a positive, health-focused approach
  • Coordinate prize draws, including entry handling, winner selection, reporting, and prize distribution
  • Maintain accurate logs of daily operations

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Extensive customer service experience in hospitality (luxury experience valued but not essential)
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and overnight shifts
  • Resilience and adaptability in a high-demand, tech-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests and team members
  • Proficient computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems
Additional Information:

This role requires the availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster as shift start times can be anywhere from 6am - 8pm (10 hour shifts with breaks included).

You must have full 24/7 availability to be considered for this role.
