The Job:

As an Outbound Supervisor, you will be part of our Australian Distribution Centre Team in Keysborough, VIC, responsible for supervising the Outbound Department and ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations that meet customer and business needs.

Your duties will include:

  • Supervising day-to-day operations of the Outbound function, ensuring all customer orders are processed to meet delivery requirements
  • Planning and deploying staff and equipment to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Managing workload to satisfy customer orders and operational requirements, coordinating with other departments
  • Monitoring and achieving set KPIs, managing underperformance, and reporting procedural improvements
  • Providing hands-on leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving departmental planning
  • Ensuring a safe workplace and adherence to Health and Safety practices

You Will also have:

  • Experience supervising in a fast-paced DC environment
  • Ability to understand and analyze data, with intermediate PC literacy
  •  Working knowledge of multi-shipment customers, JDA & SAP systems
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, organizational agility, and process management expertise
     Problem-solving ability, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Commitment to safety and ethical standards
