Plans, coordinates and prepares proposals. Coordinates the development and compilation of information from functional departments. Researches and analyzes historical data to support proposals. Develops base cost elements and ensures that cost estimates are within proposed scope of work. Interfaces with customer representatives during fact-finding and proposal pricing justifications. Participates as team member in support of major cost proposal efforts. Prepares and presents written and oral reports.
8+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree; 5+ years of relevant experience with Masters degree. Usually has 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and/or delegating the work of others.
