We are currently seeking a Sr Product Manager - Identity & Authentication to join our Streaming Product & Operations team based in our New York, New York Headquarters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Strategy & Execution
- Define and prioritize product features using data-driven insights and stakeholder input.
- Own the roadmap for identity and authentication, balancing innovation, tech debt, and delivery velocity.
- Lead product lifecycle strategy from ideation to sunset, including MVP definition, launch planning, and post-launch optimization.
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with Engineering, UX, PMO, Legal, and external partners to deliver secure and scalable identity solutions.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, ensuring clarity on scope, priorities, and timelines.
- Lead discovery sessions, design reviews, and sprint planning with Agile methodologies.
Data & Metrics
- Define and track KPIs aligned with product goals, including user engagement, retention, and authentication success rates.
- Design and execute A/B tests and usability studies to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and continuous learning across teams.
User Experience & Compliance
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design in identity flows.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, legal, and partner authentication standards.
- Integrate user research findings into product strategy and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7–10 years of product management experience, preferably in entertainment technology or streaming services.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality features and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Experience with International web & applications / video streaming applications / D2C subscription of premium services
- Understanding of core UI/UX/UXR design.
- Expertise in Agile development tools (JIRA, Confluence) and UX collaboration (Figma, CMS platforms).
- Experience with A/B testing and acquisition strategy.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience with SVOD/AVOD services and partner authentication flows.
- Familiarity with backend services supporting multi-platform ecosystems (CTV, mobile, desktop).
- Intimate understanding of complex Direct-2-Consumer subscription flows via web & app stores - eg: Apple iTunes / Google Play / Amazon / Roku / Stripe or Recurly (for Web).
- Familiarity with partner authentication - ie: OAuth, TV Everywhere, Intro Offers, Promotional Codes, etc.
- Working with complex data/systems structures & software in a release-train model.
The base compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $155,000 commensurate with experience.
