We’re seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team on the East Side of Columbus.

• Manageable Caseloads – Average of 5–6 patients per day within a localized service area (no more long commutes across multiple counties).
• Mileage Reimbursement – Generous rate of $0.625 per mile.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized care plans to restore function, improve mobility, and promote independence at home.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.
• Document treatments, progress notes, and communications accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Ohio (required).
• 1+ year of recent PTA experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, SNF, ALF, hospice, or home health).
• Home health experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel within a local service area.
