Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is a Medicare-certified Hospice and home health agency seeking someone just as passionate as we are about providing quality patient services to join our team as a Human Resources Manager

Wage: $80,000 Annual Salary
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
- Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Understands mandatory training requirements, identifies training/development needs of assigned agencies and acts as liaison with Riverside Resources to provide appropriate agency-specific training.
- Analyzes human resources data such as employee satisfaction survey scores, employee satisfaction survey comments, new hire survey responses, exit interview information, unemployment claims data and turnover statistics, and creates and implements action plans based on findings.
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; employee relations counseling and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.
- Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participates in leadership staff meetings and attends other meetings as required. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.
- Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
- Reports any incidents of non-compliance or high-risk actions to the Cornerstone HR Department.
- Maintain HR and state survey compliant personnel files .
- Promotes, lives organizations core values and acts as cultural champion.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements?
- SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification or PHR, preferred.
- Independently (i.e., without being asked or directed) develops own assignments/tasks/projects based on agency HR-needs identified by or in collaboration with leaders.
- Have knowledge of employment law.
- Successfully completes assignments/tasks/projects on time and identifies need to follow up without direction.
- Earns and maintains trust and confidence of leaders within assigned companies.
- Proficient in use of HRIS system.
- Professional written/oral communications
- Positively interacts with any level employee
- Dynamic presenter and trainer
- Travel required as needed or as directed.
