Who we are
We are pleased that you are interested in applying for a position at Toyota. Our hiring process is designed to ensure fairness and efficiency in the application process. This phase of the application process will take approximately 20 minutes. You will be asked a standard set of questions and complete a short assessment.
Able to speak, read, and write English. Demonstrate good safe behavior and the ability to work well with others. Must have good hand-eye coordination, TM will participate in Suggestion Program and QCC Program. Practice 5S and good housekeeping. Physical requirements including ability to stand for long periods of time and safely lift 20 pounds.
Be able to work from heights, press crowns, cranes, etc.
Be able to follow instructions and cleaning schedule daily.
Be able to support weekend work and special projects.
Responsible for cleaning all production equipment.Including but not limited to the following:
Weld: Chip weld slag or remove with dry ice, clean all dust & debris from fixtures. Stamping: Enter press pits, remove scrap, pump oily water, and wipe down equipment.
General: Empty trash cans, clean process equipment, fans, and break rooms.
