Job Description
Job Summary:
Assist the Psychology Department’s Administrative Coordinator with various office tasks and responsibilities.
Specific Duties:
Maintain printer and copier supplies; manage supply closet; sort/distribute mail and packages; assist with creating/managing necessary spreadsheets/lists; keep all common areas neat; replace classroom supplies as needed; scanning; filing; copying; running errands across campus; etc.
Assist Department Chair and other faculty with assorted tasks as needed.
Fill in for Administrative Coordinator when absent by providing general information and responding to inquiries/requests.
Qualifications:
Dependable, well spoken; ability to maintain confidentiality;
Ability to initiate own work;
Attention to detail; good follow- up;
Good organizational skills;
Ability to work comfortably with students, faculty, staff, parents and administrators;
Ability to use or learn common office equipment;
Ability to represent the University of Richmond positively and professionally.
Pay: SP Student 1, starting at $12.77
