Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented communications professional to help manage and support the Founder & Chairman’s communications initiatives. This role will focus on coordinating the development, production, deployment, and promotion of thought leadership content and public appearances in close collaboration with the firm’s content marketing, external communications, creative, operations, and other teams.
The ideal candidate is a proven project leader with excellent communication skills and an understanding of how to bring ideas to life across channels. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a respected business leader and connect with a broad audience.
Responsibilities:
Content Coordination & Campaign Management
- Partner with content marketing, creative, and digital teams to guide the creation of LinkedIn posts, blog articles, videos, podcasts, and other thought leadership content.
- Track content production timelines, ensure deliverables meet brand standards, and manage approvals.
- Support the development and rollout of integrated campaigns that amplify the executive’s voice and messages across channels.
- Help plan and organize tools and resources to support the Founder & Chairman’s educational platform (Life, Invested), including public presence projects as well as working closely with the global client group to optimize materials for client engagement.
- Oversee preparation and dissemination of agendas and readouts, content calendars and production schedules, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with paid media and channel marketing teams to ensure alignment between organic and paid campaigns and performance results.
Expanding Public Presence
- Help maintain and grow the Founder & Chairman’s social media presence by coordinating post ideas, gathering supporting materials, and working with content and creative teams to develop content and promotional plans.
- Coordinate with the external communications team on media engagements and support promotional efforts surrounding them.
Supporting Events and Special Projects
- Contribute to the planning and promotion of public speaking engagements, including preparing materials and coordinating with event organizers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Help with planning and coordinating the Founder & Chairman’s employee events and communications in collaboration with the employee communications team.
- Support the strategy and execution on the Founder & Chairman’s future projects, including supporting promotional appearances, coordinating content, and working with internal and external teams on related campaigns.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of experience in communications, journalism, or public relations, ideally within financial services or professional services.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, and external communications teams on multi-channel campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills; strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other digital publishing platforms.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment with discretion and professionalism.
