Facility Maintenance Technician

o    Performing routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and diagnose problems
o    Performing repairs and maintenance
o    Performing plumbing repairs and maintenance
o    Performing carpentry work on buildings and equipment as required
o    Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety regulations and standards
o    Performing repairs and maintenance on various types of equipment and machines
o    Maintaining records and preparing reports on maintenance LSW
o    Assisting other departments with their maintenance needs
o    Manage and organize various fluid types in the oil storage shelter
