Position Assignment to the WAYS Career Path Program: Project Management
Job Objective
Coordinate and support customer and internal projects in alignment with strategic, sales, and profitability goals, ensuring smooth execution and communication across all project phases.
Description Of Main Tasks
-
Coordinate regional customer projects to meet cost, quality, and timeline expectations, ensuring early and ongoing involvement of relevant plant and support functions.

Track and support change management processes during the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project milestones and quality gates.

Facilitate communication and alignment between specialist departments, project leads, and plant stakeholders from project initiation to spare parts phase.

Support the implementation of regional strategies regarding product lines, customer engagement, and plant activities.

Assist in identifying and initiating follow-up or new projects in coordination with sales and strategy teams.

Monitor tool invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with budget and contractual obligations.
Additional Tasks

Support the regional Project Management team in administrative and operational tasks.

Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentation materials for internal and customer meetings.

Maintain project databases, dashboards, and coordination tools to ensure data accuracy and transparency.
Skills & Competencies
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, business administration, or a related field

3-6 years of professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably automotive
-
1-2 years of experience working in an international or cross-functional team environment

Strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills

Familiarity with Automotive Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, etc.); ability to support issue resolution processes

Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level): able to communicate fluently and effectively

Proficiency in local language (C1-C2 level): able to communicate fluently and effectively
