Your Role as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

As an LVN at Remedy Home Health, you’ll deliver hands-on skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This is a great opportunity for LVNs looking for home health nursing jobs across Irvine, Santa Ana, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, patient-focused nursing care based on personalized care plans

• Accurately document all visits, assessments, and treatments in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Collaborate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure excellent outcomes

• Follow all California home health regulations and company policies

• Support patients in reaching their health and independence goals through professional care

What You’ll Need to Qualify

• Active California LVN license in good standing

• Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred)

• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to assist and move patients safely

• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills

• Comfort using electronic documentation systems
