UTEX Industries, a leader in engineered sealing solutions, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee and support our maintenance team. This role ensures equipment reliability, safety, and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the maintenance team in daily activities
- Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Oversee preventive maintenance and work orders
- Train and mentor team members
- Promote safety and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Prior lead or supervisory experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to read schematics/blueprints
- Safety-focused, problem-solver, team leader
