Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist in designing seasonal footwear collections across lifestyle, sport, and fashion categories.
Conduct market and trend research, pulling inspiration from fashion, culture, art, and materials.
Create sketches, renderings, and digital presentations to communicate design concepts.
Support in developing tech packs with accurate specifications, materials, colors, and details.
Collaborate with product development and sourcing teams to ensure designs are translated effectively into prototypes.
Participate in sample reviews, providing feedback on fit, construction, and materials.
Organize design files, material libraries, and research boards to maintain team efficiency.
Support senior designers in creative projects, presentations, and seasonal design reviews.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, Industrial Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong sketching and rendering skills (hand and digital).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D design tools (CLO, Rhino, Keyshot, or similar) is a plus.
Knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Strong eye for detail, color, proportion, and storytelling.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Passion for footwear, culture, and design innovation.
