Job Description:About the Role
Are you ready to shape the future of product innovation and engineering leadership? We're launching a multi-year Product Leadership Development Rotation Program designed to build cross-functional expertise and prepare high-potential talent for strategic leadership roles within our organization.
This unique opportunity offers immersive experience across three critical domains:
- Container Engineering
- Packaging Engineering
- New Product Development (NPD)
Participants will rotate annually through each function, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead technical projects from concept to execution in each rotation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve real-world engineering and product challenges
- Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic planning
- Support drawing revisions, packaging specs, and NPD ticket management
- Engage with senior leaders and contribute to high-impact initiatives

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $62,000-$68,000, based on qualifications and experience. Actual compensation may vary depending on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, and skill level. This range is provided in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
