Food Service Supervisor at Skaalen

Skaalen is hiring a Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team! In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage menus and food orders, and ensure excellent dining experiences for our residents and staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee kitchen operations & staff scheduling

• Manage a 4-week rotating menu (including special diets)

• Order food & supplies, track inventory, and assist with budgeting

• Coordinate meals for events and gatherings

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Food service management or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong organizational & leadership skills

• Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced kitchen environment

• Food Safety Certification (or willing to obtain)
