Studio Coordinator - Temporary

Your Position Summary

KTGY's Studio Coordinator primarily supports the studio by performing administrative functions for studio leadership. word processing, data entry, and tracking of client documents required for the billing and payable process. They must exercise effective time management and awareness and will conduct work within KTGY standards under the direction of supervisor. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and/or review all KTGY generated client contracts.
    • Enter them timely and accurately into database for billing.
  • Follow up with client to obtain executed contract documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Show initiative by being proactive and taking prompt action to accomplish objectives.
  • Participate as an active and contributing member of a team to achieve team goals and work cooperatively with other team members.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Ability to research and willingness to learn
  • Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong business oral and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding and proficiency using the following software:
    • MS Office

Experience and Education

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative duties in an office environment
  • Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and/or Urban Planning field preferred
  • Experience with Deltek/Vision or Vantagepoint preferred
  • 4-year related degree and/or combination of required education and experience

The range that the Company expects to pay is $22.00 - $26.00/hour.
