Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of complex clerical, administrative, and specialized support functions within the Curriculum & Instruction department. This role requires strong technical proficiency, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and report data related to curriculum development and instructional programs.

 

The position supports the department by assisting with data entry, preparing and maintaining detailed records and reports, coordinating communications, and providing comprehensive administrative support to curriculum and instructional leaders. The role involves managing confidential information, screening and handling inquiries independently, and utilizing Excel and other software tools to streamline workflows, track progress, and support decision-making processes.

 

Reports to the Chief Academic Officer.
