Description

  

  • Position Title: General      Maintenance Cleaner
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Work Schedule: Monday through      Friday, hours vary depending on need
  • Valley View, Ohio

Responsibilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties,      including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms,      break rooms, and common areas.
  • Empty trash bins and ensure      proper disposal of waste.
  • Maintain and restock cleaning      supplies as needed.
  • Perform maintenance tasks,      plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, replacing light bulbs, fixing      minor leaks, or reporting larger issues to management.
  • Ensure all areas comply with      health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with special      cleaning/maintenance projects as assigned.
  • Report any damages, repairs, or      safety hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent      preferred.
  • Previous experience in cleaning      or maintenance is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to follow instructions      and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and      organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50      pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals,      proper storage, and safe usage.
  • Reliable and punctual with a      professional attitude.
