Worcester Endodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Patient Coordinator.
As a Patient Coordinator in our practice, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our patients, helping to create healthier smiles every day.

What you will be doing:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
- Greeting all patients with a warm and friendly smile
- Checking patients in and out for appointments
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- Answering phones with enthusiasm
- Picking up and organizing mail to and from office
- Assisting with patient billing processing and questions
- Organizing and file all paperwork generated by the clinic
- Assisting the clinic with seating patients and coordinating patient flow
- Always keeping reception area clean and orderly
- Verifying patients' insurance
- Participating company marketing events and responsibilities
- Handling other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications
What qualifications you bring:
- 1 year experience in a dental office preferred.
- Working knowledge of dental practice management software.
- Positive energy.
- Superior communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and work closely with patients and staff.
- Tactful and skillful in all situations.
- Reliable transportation.
