Reporting to the Global Executive Director Oncology Marketing, the Sr Director, International Oncology Marketing, will be accountable for leading key international marketing responsibilities for our portfolio of Hematology brands within our defined footprint of countries outside the United States. This role will entail driving international strategy and commercial execution, in partnership with cross functional colleagues, for these two brands.
Partnering with Global brand leads to develop the annual brand plan as well as develop international led tactical plans including global promotional materials, international congresses, advisory boards etc. across the portfolio of hematology brands: Developing cases to define the business opportunity and resource needs to commercialize in each respective international market in partnership with relevant partners such as commercial, medical affairs, HEOR, finance etc. Lead launch planning efforts for markets as they launch each of our hematology assets Work with business development, as appropriate, to identify partners for select markets as needed. Lead identification of global KOLs for MM and NHL and lead KOL plans to engage these individuals to help understand the evolving landscape and gather insights on where our brands fit in the treatment paradigm. Build insight and analytics plans for international markets and share standard processes/insights from other markets including US and any launched international markets. Lead procedure sharing across markets, support local market rollout of strategy/tactical frameworks and promotional content framework materials, as well as reporting of marketing critical metrics regularly into overall hematology performance reporting around the world. Identify drivers and barriers to brand use and develop plans to address. Maintain the highest ethical and compliance standards, personally and throughout the marketing team.
A typical day may include the following:

To be considered, you must possess:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of biotech/pharma brand marketing experience with 2+ years of leadership.
- Successful record of hiring, coaching, developing, promoting and retaining top talent and effectively managing team performance.
- Expertise in managing agencies and suppliers.
- Ability to communicate and act promptly, demonstrated initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in complex, rapidly changing environments.
- Excellent planning, prioritization, communication and presentation skills
- Strong integrity and ethics in behaviors, actions, and communications.
- Working knowledge of how healthcare compliance codes may vary between countries and assessing regulations related to promotional activities.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required 30%, some on weekends for conferences and meetings.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing at a biotech or pharmaceutical company for minimum of 5 years.
