Role:

The Wastewater Systems Operator is responsible for the daily inspection and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant and the collection system. Mechanical, biological, and manual duties are performed in a manner consistent with operational procedures, maintenance manuals, safety regulations, Federal pollution regulations and National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience.
• Commercial Driver's License Class B within 120 days of hire.
• You must earn Wastewater Operator Class I within 18 months of hire

Education:

• High school education or state GED
