Why You Will Love this Job:

Rehlko is looking for a detail oriented and outgoing individual as a Materials Coordinator in Receiving. As a Materials Coordinator in Receiving, you be responsible for all 2nd Shift Receiving functions at the GPS facility, working with the Purchasing and Receiving team.  Keeping track of shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments, track inventory counts and check the items in inventory for damage or discrepancies.

This position will be covering 2nd Shift from 2:30pm -11:00pm.   

  

Specific responsibilities:  

  • Using SAP, receive and issue daily incoming material, verify accuracy of source documents. 

  • Process and prepare appropriate receiving paperwork.

  • Expedite and track hot parts required for assembly lines and component areas.

  • Process Sales returns/document warranty claims.

  • Coordinate receiving, schedule working with purchasing and incoming carriers.

  • Trace and expedite delivery of freight shipments when needed.

  • Quality control of all incoming products, record & document damaged freight, verify accurate quantities.

  • Transfer of interplant shipment paperwork with daily reports

  • Assist in backup coverage as needed for other areas in department.  

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills required

  • Must have good attendance.

  • 3-5 years of Materials, Supply Chain, or Operations experience preferred.

  • SAP or similar computer software experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $ 25.55 - 31.95 hourly.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
