Your Role 
Operating in a fast-paced environment, you’ll deliver exceptional customer claims experiences as the first point of contact for direct customers. You’ll handle lodgement and end-to-end management of motor claims, guide customers through the claims process via inbound calls, respond to enquiries via phone and email, and complete processing and administrative tasks.
 
This is a permanent, full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne CBD or Burwood). Your IAG journey commences Monday 3rd November with a comprehensive four-week, virtual office-based training program running from 8.30am – 5pm. When you are fully competent the role will offer a hybrid working arrangement, blending home and office work. There will be a requirement to attend the office 1 set day per week with the team as well as any ad hoc training or event days.

 

Once training is complete you must be able to work on a set shift between the hours of 7.15am – 6pm. Below are the work patterns we are looking to fill;

 

  • 5 roles: Tuesday to Saturday (includes a 50% Saturday loading)
  • 3 roles:  Sunday to Thursday (includes 75% Sunday loading)

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and ensuring accuracy in all tasks
