Join Our Team as a Product Specialist & Operator Trainer!
Are you a technical expert passionate about customer satisfaction and driving performance? We're looking for a dedicated Product Specialist & Operator Trainer to join our team in the Anglophone region. In this role, you’ll be the key to ensuring our customers get the most out of their surface mining equipment.
You'll achieve
To provide technical support for Parts and Service Division (PSD) Surface products and services to meet growth initiatives and drive continued customer satisfaction. To share best in class technical expertise and problem-solving skills in such a manner that has a direct impact on improving customer satisfaction and efficiency each day
- Develop, train, and maintain a customer-focused technical support, to continuously drive customer satisfaction to the highest level possible.
- Provide input to Service Operations and Marketing departments (Warranty management, Commissioning, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and take lead in PCR planning including CES, Care Agreements and new product released).
- Drive technical competence and Epiroc machine performance, by offering & implementing value added services for all Epiroc surface machines at the site.
What You'll Do
You'll be at the forefront of customer service and technical excellence. Your main responsibilities will include:

Delivering Top-Tier Training: Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for our operators and technicians, empowering them with the skills to use our equipment safely and efficiently.

Providing Expert Technical Support: Act as the go-to technical resource, handling everything from troubleshooting and failure analysis to warranty management and machine commissioning.

Driving Performance and Innovation: Collaborate with our Service Operations and Marketing teams, contributing valuable insights for new product releases and continuous improvement projects. You'll be instrumental in implementing value-added services that boost the performance of our surface machines.
