Role Purpose:
CIO Office Lead is a leadership role that partners closely with the CIO to shape and execute the technology strategy. This position oversees enterprise portfolio management, ensuring alignment of all company-wide programs with business priorities, and collaborates with the business on key projects and initiatives such as AI, Ask-Once, and Shadow IT.
The CIO Office Lead is responsible for:
Own and manage the enterprise-wide technology and transformation portfolio, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and tracking of all initiatives.
Partner with business and IT leaders to align portfolio investments with strategic objectives and maximize business value.
Act as the primary liaison and business partner between business units and the Digital & IT function.
Translate business strategies into IT initiatives that drive value and innovation.
Identify opportunities for digital enablement and process automation.
Influence and shape the digital roadmap in alignment with business priorities.

Coach and influence cross-functional teams to adopt digital-first mindsets.
Contribute to talent development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
Drive IT for IT Ai initiatives
Collaborate with UX, service design, and product teams to ensure customer insights inform solution design and delivery.
Monitor customer feedback and digital performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
