Duties
· Assist in administering the Creditors Ledger, ensuring timely and accurate invoice entry and payments
· Support the Payroll Specialist in the monthly payroll process including payroll processing activities using Micropay payroll software, verifying employee data and salary calculations, and related expenses analysis filed to Revenue
· Assist in posting and reconcile bank transactions within the accounts system, identifying and resolving discrepancies
· Assist in administering the Debtors Ledger, including invoicing and debtors control activities, together with capturing of household budget information for our services
· Assist with monthly analysis and posting of credit card and purchasing card transactions,
· Assist Maintaining timely & accurate financial records and documentation
· Collaborate with finance and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy & deadline
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts and payroll
· Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
· Participate in regular audits and assist with financial reporting activities

Person Requirements
· Proven experience in accounts payable, payroll, and bank transaction posting
· Experience in Micropay payroll software system an advantage
· Experience working with Sage Intaact and invoice processing software an advantage
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles and internal controls
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, Accounting Technician, Diploma or equivalent preferred

Working Environment
This role operates in a hybrid working environment; the Hybrid Working Policy currently involves a minimum of 2 days working from the office to promote collaboration and effective communication.
Notes
While the line manager is specified above, this does not preclude higher level grades in the finance function from directing or reviewing work or setting dotted line collaborative working relationships between same or different level positions.
