What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or Communication Disorders

  • Licensure: Valid Ohio license as required by the Ohio Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology

  • Experience: 2–4 years of clinical experience preferred, but not required

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and treat adults with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in the home setting

  • Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers

  • Educate and counsel patients and caregivers on communication techniques and strategies

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

  • Support program development and participate in interdisciplinary care and quality improvement initiatives

  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
