Overview:
Support lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans; perform record keeping and clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, etc.); assist with supervision of daily class functions; accompany teachers on home visits; assist with student registration; prepare materials for classroom instruction; assist with classroom management; assist with assessments; anecdotal notes; and work with other classroom staff to provide child-centered, play-based and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
Work Year:
Monday-Thursday: 8:45am-4:15pm
Friday: 8:45am-12:45pm*
*At least one Friday per month, the workday will be from 8:15am-3:45pm for home visits.

Pay Rate:
$17.00/hr.
Qualifications:
Meet all degree requirements of Great Start Readiness Program
Associates degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a valid classroom CDA (Child Development Associate Credential)
Current CPR and First Aide as approved by the Red Cross or the American Heart Association
