• Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and sees that all shop safety rules are being followed, and all housekeeping standards are met.
• Cooperates with Process Technicians on all adjacent shifts to provide efficient turnover of operations from one shift to the other.
• Communicates with all shift personnel daily.
• Responsible for implementation of Company policy and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
• Will complete all job-related reports and documentation in a timely manner such as machine setups.
• Communicate daily with the supervisor.
• Identifies potential problems with machinery, molds, process criteria, and auxiliary equipment and any other item that could interfere with quality requirements and meet production schedules.
