The HR Data and Programs Partner is an integral to ensuring the delivery of efficient, compliant, and employee-centric HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle, with an emphasis on data integrity, reporting, and program management. Working closely with the Associate Director, HR Ops, this role safeguards the accuracy of HR data, supports internal and external audit requirements, and advances HR initiatives through comprehensive reporting and strong program management support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-oriented, and results-driven.
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics
- Run recurring and ad hoc HR Ops reports, BI Reports, and data extracts to support business needs, track key HR metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify and implement automation for increased efficiency and scalability.
- Interpret HR data to support HR strategy by identifying trends, highlighting key insights, and uncovering opportunities for process enhancements, compliance risk mitigation, and/or training opportunities across HR programs.
Audit & Compliance
- Conduct weekly audits of HR data within the HR system to ensure completeness and data integrity.
- Partner with IT to audit internal systems access ensuring alignment with HR data.
- Oversee the upload of new hire and termination documentation, and other employee lifecycle documents, ensuring completeness of employee records.
- Assist with other internal and external audit requests as needed.
Program Management Support
- Provide comprehensive support for HR programs, processes, and policies, supporting administration and optimization to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Assist in developing, documenting, and continuously improving HR operational processes in coordination with the Associate Director, HR Ops; develop draft materials for review and approval.
- Assist in user training and support to ensure effective adoption of HR programs and processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine approved HR programs and processes that align with organizational objectives.
- Assist in coordinating and delivering HR initiatives that support the employee lifecycle, contributing to a consistent and engaging employee experience.
HR Operations & Administration
- Accurately and timely manage data entry in the HRIS throughout the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and other data updates.
- Provide customer-facing support to HR business partners, including assistance with HR programs, onboarding, offboarding, and other support needs as required.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation, such as employee letters related to job or compensation changes, employment verification letters in response to employee and third-party requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update the Payroll Tracker as needed to support accurate payroll processing.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in data management, reporting and insights, and program support.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with data extraction, reporting, analytics, and presenting actionable insights.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in managing employee data and HR documentation, with a strong understanding of HR data confidentiality and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience conducting data integrity audits and preparing audit documentation, with a strong understanding of HR records management, including document completeness and retention.
- Experience supporting HR program administration, process documentation, and driving process improvements, including automation and system implementation.
- Experience providing customer-facing support to HR business partners and employees, including managing onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle transactions.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 USD annually and is just one component of SymphonyAI’s comprehensive compensation package. Additional compensation may include participation in a bonus program.
