The District has approximately 1,100 employees. The Westminster School District is recognized for high academic achievement and serves about 8,200 students, grades Preschool-8th. The district offers a broad scope of supplemental instructional programs including two dual immersion programs, GATE academy, music and band, exploratory STEAM/Coding programs, and state-of-the-art science and art facilities. The Westminster School District is announcing the opening for the position of Middle School Assistant Principal. Under the supervision of the Principal, the Assistant Principal serves as second-in-command of a School site. The Middle School Assistant Principal provides direct services to staff and students in the area of instructional leadership, professional development, student behavior intervention, coordination of activities, scheduling, advising and academic assistance.

The salary schedule range for this position is from $128,609. – $150,026, plus a yearly stipend for a Doctorate, longevity for all years of service, District benefits is provided medical, dental, vision w/district cap.

The Westminster School District offers a longevity stipend for all years of Certificated Experience from within and outside the District count towards longevity increments stipend is aligned to the Certificated collective bargaining agreement.
