In this role, you’ll auditing, sourcing, reviewing costs, and visiting suppliers while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Participate in cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and select sources that demonstrate market segment leadership and increase value to our organization
• Executes procurement commodity strategy plans for the assigned categories.
• Ability to create a competitive advantage for our organization through material and process cost analysis, effective negotiations, and contract management.
• Develops, distributes, and analyzes RFPs/RFQs and collects bids or other information
• Improve quality and delivery by participating in and executing supplier improvement plans through monitoring performance regularly and leading key initiatives.
• Minimize and eliminate supply chain risks by quickly addressing concerns and supporting internal stakeholders, such as in the event of immediate supply risk or emergency outsourcing.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement internally and throughout the supply chain
• Participates in Toyota Material Handling Group (TMHG) initiatives promoting synergies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience (minimum of 5 years)
• Proficient with MS Office applications and highly talented in Excel
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Must be able to problem solve and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Demonstrated ability to lead commodity strategy development autonomously basely on objective and subjective criteria

 What Sets You Apart:

• CSPM or APICS certification is a plus
• Results oriented and strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at any level

Where and When You’ll Work:

• This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, Indiana office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
• Travel: up to 25-30% (domestic and international)

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $84,000 - $105,000 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Relocation: This role is eligible for relocation assistance based on current location
