Job Summary

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and accelerate growth in high-value, cold-chain, and time-sensitive transportation solutions. This role demands a proven leader who can build and scale high-performance sales teams, forge strategic partnerships, and consistently deliver top-line revenue growth while protecting margin.


The ideal candidate combines deep industry expertise with a hunter mentality—skilled at breaking into new markets, expanding key accounts, and translating complex supply chain challenges into tailored, value-driven solutions. Beyond execution, this leader will be expected to anticipate market shifts, refine go-to-market strategy, and align sales execution with long-term business objectives.



Essential Job Functions

  • Own and drive revenue growth across high-value and cold-chain logistics segments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver consistent double-digit growth.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, instilling accountability and a winning culture.
  • Forge and expand partnerships with shippers, carriers, and strategic accounts.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable solutions across asset and non-asset networks.
  • Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to align sales execution with profitability targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market disruptions to position the company ahead of the curve.


Minimum Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must Provide past employment history
  • Willing to travel as necessary (20-30%)
