Laborer /Janitor at None

Title: Laborer

Purpose: This position is responsible for cleaning WeGo Facilities and Vehicles.

Position reports to: Cleaning Supervisor / Maintenance Supervisor

Principal Job Functions:

1. Maintain WeGo cleaning standards for facilities and/or vehicles

2. Sweeping, mopping, wiping, dusting and polishing of restrooms, owner occupied  offices, waiting areas and common spaces

3. Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and detailed cleaning of vehicles

4. Perform proper usage of chemicals and solutions as it relates to cleaning

5. Operate associated equipment, including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and high-pressured steamer

6. Inventory and stock supplies as needed

7. Move furniture

8. Clean gym flooring and equipment.

9. Communication with associated team members to ensure a comfortable and safe environment

10. Report suspicious activity

11. Respond to unanticipated cleaning needs on an as needed basis, or as directed by DTO management.

- Standing/walking for long periods of time

- Lifting up to 65 lbs.

- Reaching, stooping, grasping Squatting, and bending
