The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all incoming communication for the Admissions Department, including phone calls, faxes, and external emails. This role serves as a key liaison between referral sources, patients and their families, and VNA staff, ensuring prompt and accurate information flow. The Coordinator supports the admissions process by responding to inquiries in a timely manner, processing referrals and documentation efficiently, and facilitating seamless communication between external parties and the internal team. Additionally, the Coordinator contributes to departmental goals and actively participates in the development and implementation of growth initiatives.
Shift: Monday - Friday w/ rotating weekends (On-Site)

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of home health and hospice benefits preferred
- Knowledge of how to access and refer to community services
- Strong skills in computer systems and programs
- Attend to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proven relationship building and communication skills
