SUMMARY: Performs advanced manufacturing and assembly, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Operates heavy machinery, tools, follows detailed instructions, and maintains a safe workspace. Assists with inventory and process improvements as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate a wide variety of hand tools, power tools, and advanced machinery safely and efficiently.
- Operate specific mechanical equipment independently.
- Meet all required production output and production metrics on an average basis.
- Inspect assembled items for functionality as needed.

Requirements
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Have successfully completed onboarding as a Production Worker, as well as all pertinent training required. Must have the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing. High School diploma or GED.
