Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate individual to support families during the intake process. This position serves as the first contact for families and agencies inquiring about ABA therapy and diagnostic services from Lighthouse. They support families by understanding the families needs, and connecting them with services to help meet the child and family's goals. As the first point of contact they will educate families on the services available, and usher them through the intake process, working in collaboration with the clinical and insurance teams. They are responsible for delivering a best in class intake experience for every prospective Lighthouse family. Responsibilities include:
Maintains initial point of contact for all families inquiring about ABA or diagnostic services by answering calls, emails, and ensuring timely follow up with families who have submitted contact forms or referrals
Keeps up to date and accurate information in CRM for new families inquiring the intake process.
Responsible for helping families make an informed decision on services and complete all intake steps to be considered for enrollment in services.
Responsible for hitting goals and managing to KPIs related to intakes complete, time to enroll families, etc...
Handles client conflicts in a respectful, professional manner by being reassuring, empathetic during challenging situations.
Participates in community events and expos (occasionally)
Welcoming and encouraging to families during all interactions.
Supports office duties by filling in for receptionist as need.
Position may include occasional evening and weekend work related activities (rare).
Requires reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 10% of time.
Qualifications:
Degree from accredited university (business, communication, marketing, is preferred)
Sales experience is strongly preferred
Proven success in customer relations
Professional level verbal, written, communication skills
Competent in technology including Excel & Word formats
Flexible, creative, and possessing excellent time management skills
Highly organized and detail oriented
Patient, compassionate, and ability to overcome adversity
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
