What You Can Expect
The Global Reporting Analyst will support the centralized reporting function within Zimmer Biomet’s global FP&A. This role demands a strong command of Power BI and a passion for transforming data into powerful, intuitive dashboards that drive strategic decision-making across global stakeholders. The analyst will ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports, contributing to Zimmer Biomet's commitment to the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and ethical business practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to executive and regional teams
- Transform legacy or underutilized reports into visually compelling, user-centric dashboards that elevate decision-making
- Apply design thinking principles to ensure dashboards are intuitive, navigable, and tailored to diverse stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate regional data (LATAM, EMEA, APAC) into cohesive global reporting frameworks
- Continuously improve dashboard performance, usability, and visual impact based on user feedback and evolving business needs
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability across all reporting solutions
- Present insights and dashboards to senior stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic relevance
What Makes You Stand Out
- Proven experience developing high-impact dashboards in Power BI, with a portfolio showcasing advanced visuals and UX-focused design
- Strong understanding of DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization within Power BI
- Ability to balance technical depth with creative storytelling, turning complex datasets into elegant, decision-ready reports
- Demonstrated success in redesigning or enhancing existing dashboards to improve clarity, engagement, and adoption
- Experience working in global or regional FP&A environments, with sensitivity to varied stakeholder requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving reporting challenges
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a global team structure
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or dashboard development roles
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or related discipline is highly desirable.
- 2 years of experience in Finance.
- B2 Level of English
