Brighton Ski Resort is seeking friendly, enthusiastic Guest Service Professionals to join our team for the upcoming winter season! Located in the Brighton Center, our Guest Services Office serves as the information hub of the resort. These fast-paced positions require multitasking, problem-solving, and a passion for helping people. If you enjoy being “in the know” and connecting with visitors from all over the world, this is the role for you! As part of our Guest Service Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for many guests. Responsibilities:As a Guest Service Professional at Brighton, you will:
· Be a friendly and welcoming face for guests from around the world
· Develop a comprehensive understanding of all ticket and season pass products, including rates, discounts, promotions, and events
· Work closely with teammates to provide exceptional guest service
· Maintain a clean, organized workspace; restock supplies; and assist with opening/closing duties
· Communicate clearly and professionally with guests in person, by phone, and via email.
· Salesforce and Five 9 skills preferred but not required
· Relay important information to other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
· Receive and log lost and found items
· Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism, diffusing issues or seeking assistance as needed
· Stay informed about resort parking and assist guests both online (via our parking webpage) and on-site in the parking lot
· Direct guests to various locations throughout Brighton Resort with accuracy and enthusiasm
Qualifications:Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
· Must be 18 years or older
· A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude with a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
· Strong communication skills – able to listen, explain clearly, and remain professional in all situations
· Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred (but not required)
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multitasking and problem-solving
· Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly
· Confident working independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to learn about Brighton Resort’s products, services, and mountain operations
· Ability to remain calm, cool, and collected under pressure
· Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Must also commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week.
· Comfortable working in a mountain environment with winter conditions.
· Reliable transportation to and from the resort in winter conditions
