Join a growing team! Our Contracts Administrator will work out of our Midwest Division, located in Edina, Minnesota. This position plays a critical role in managing the full lifecycle of contracts across customer, consultant, and contractor relationships. The Contracts Administrator collaborates with executive leadership, development, sales, design, and implementation teams to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and efficiently processed. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, experience in construction (preferably K-12 or public sector), and the ability to manage high volumes of complex documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range is $80,000 - $105,000. The salary may vary within the range based on factors such as location of the role, and a candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Contracts Administrator Responsibilities:  

  • Prepare and manage the approval and signing of contract amendments, including contractor, consultant, and customer contracts, including master agreements, PSA, PDA, ESA, and DBSA agreements
  • Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, local code requirements, identifying risks and areas of concern on contract terms and conditions and providing contractual advice, guidance, and support to business development, sales, implementation, and executive teams
  • Manage contract expirations and renewals.
  • Request, prepare and obtain signatures on bonds, certificates of acceptance, and certificates of insurance as needed for projects
  • Preparation and execution of subcontract prequalification forms
  • Maintain working knowledge of contractual language and best practices in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company standards.

Contracts Administrator Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of office experience
  • K-12 construction experience, public sector construction experience a plus
  • Proficiency with AIA, Procore, CLM, MS Suite, DocuSign
  • Familiarity with documents A701, G732, G703, C106, A232, A132
  • Familiarity with public bidding laws and regulations
  • Ability to read and understand project scopes, specifications, and contracts
  • Ability to work as a team and independently
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
