🍟 What You'll Be Doing:

As a F&B Shift Lead, you'll be more than just a supervisor—you’ll be a team motivator, a problem solver, and an ambassador of fun! Your mission? Make sure our café runs smoothly while leading and supporting a high-energy, guest-obsessed team. 💪✨

🧩 Your Key Responsibilities:

• 🎯 Lead daily F&B operations and step into host roles when needed

• 📋 Act as Supervisor on Duty, overseeing Café, Retail, and Attraction areas

• 🍽️ Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and a smooth guest experience

• 💬 Coach team members to deliver top-tier guest service and magical moments

• ⏱️ Assign tasks, monitor performance, and keep things running on schedule

• 🧠 Assist with training new team members in food handling, guest recovery, and more

• 💬 Handle guest questions or concerns with confidence and kindness

• 💥 Support inventory, stock levels, and behind-the-scenes efficiency

• 🌈 Promote a fun, positive, and safe work environment—every shift, every time

🧑‍🍳 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ High School Diploma or GED
✔️ 6+ months experience in food service, restaurant, or café settings
✔️ Experience leading or training others preferred
✔️ Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences
✔️ Great communication & motivational skills
✔️ Outgoing personality—love working with kids and families
✔️ A cool head in hot kitchens—you thrive under pressure!

📅 Availability & Requirements:

• Willing to work flexible hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

• Comfortable in varied indoor/outdoor environments

• Local travel may occasionally be required

• Must follow all Health & Safety policies (training provided)
