We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Associate to join our high-throughput biology team. In this role, you will operate automated liquid handling systems and other laboratory automation platforms to execute large-scale biological workflows. You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art automation technologies while contributing directly to projects that drive our companyâs growth.

đ ïžÂ What You'll Be Building
- Operate and maintain automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Hamilton, Lynx, Echo, or similar) to run high-throughput biology workflows.
- Prepare reagents, samples, and consumables for automated and manual experiments.
- Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and throughput.
- Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate when necessary.
- Record, organize, and maintain experimental data with high attention to detail.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support diverse projects across molecular biology, protein sciences, and/or cell culture.
đ§°Â What Youâll Need to Succeed
- Bachelorâs degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field (or equivalent laboratory experience).
- Prior laboratory experience (academic or industry) with pipetting, molecular biology techniques, or microbiology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new instrumentation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Team-oriented, with a positive and proactive approach to problem solving.

- Experience with automated liquid handlers or laboratory robotics.
- Familiarity with high-throughput workflows, DNA/RNA prep, or protein assays.
- Basic coding or scripting experience (e.g., Python, R) to support automation or data analysis.
