With further growth within our Modern Workplace team, we have the opportunity for a Modern Workplace Sales Specialist in Security to join the team.

This position is offered on a hybrid basis, working three days per week from our modern offices in Theale, Reading (near M4 Junction 12), which feature ample parking and are conveniently located near Theale Train Station.

What is the role?

 

The ideal candidate should have previous sales or technical experience in security solutions (sales experience is preferred). In this role you will be focused on selling Microsoft Security solutions into our whole account base.

                                                                                                                                       

If you join us, this is what your day to day will look like:

 

  • Drive sales of Microsoft 365 and Security modern workplace solutions by utilising Microsoft programs and workshops
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify and address business needs for security solutions
  • Provide expertise and support for security related sales initiatives
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Microsoft security technologies
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in security and modern workplace solutions
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities within an end user’s existing estate
  • Work with internal account managers to drive adoption of Microsoft security within their account base
  • Working with marketing to deliver the benefits of Microsoft security solutions through creative outlets such as webinars, blogs, vlogs and brochures.

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience, and the desire to develop in other areas:

  • Proven previous sales/technical experience in security solutions, although sales is preferred.
  • Previous experience within Microsoft cloud solutions is preferred
  • Clear communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Great problem-solving skills with the ability to identify business needs
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised. Willing to learn, adapt and develop
  • Great team player
