Reporting to: Chief Sales Officer
What you'll do:
- Be the CRM owner (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent): drive adoption, ensure data quality, and set up automations that save time.
- Build scalable processes: design workflows that keep the pipeline accurate, shorten deal cycles, and make forecasting reliable.
- Turn data into strategy: create dashboards and reports that show what’s working, where deals get stuck, and how we grow faster.
- Enable the team: support smooth partner onboarding, keep records and contracts up to date, and equip the Partnerships team with the tools they need to succeed.
What you bring
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or CRM management (B2B preferred).
- Strong CRM skills (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), including reporting and automation.
- Data mindset: confident in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with BI tools.
- Process thinking: ability to map, simplify, and optimize workflows
- Clear communication skills — able to turn numbers into actionable stories for business leaders
