Position Overview

We’re looking for both Part-time AND Full-time, friendly and detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representatives to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in ensuring seamless communication, exceptional service, and efficient operations within our hospital.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

  • Provide warm, professional customer service to clients and their pets
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and gather necessary medical history
  • Process invoices and payments accurately
  • Verify patient immunization and test status
  • Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians upon patient arrival
  • Fill prescriptions, food orders, and over-the-counter product requests as directed
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records in our system
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
