The role of the Assistant Manager, Operations is to ensure the Revolve brand is delivered through a best-in-class retail experience with a focus in Inventory management, facilities and maintenance, logistics, and budget management. 


Major Responsibilities:

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
  • Manage stock levels, logistics and sell through - Leading discussions with Store Leadership and corporate partners to ensure we have the right product at the right time for the customer. 
  • Ensure back of house is kept organized through direct management of a back of house dedicated stock team, using SOPs and building structure where necessary
  • Partner with REVOLVE Warehouse team for logistics, prioritizing workflow for both parties and minimizing cost wherever possible
  • Uphold consistent inventory accuracy and controls in store through process and programs. Lead & train the team in store to ensure consistent deliverables.
  • Contribute to Loss Prevention in all areas of the business, set expectations & own training for the store team.
  • Ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
  • Support management of Operational budgets for the store, including Supplies & Facilities. 
  • Understand current culture and areas for improvement, work with Store Leadership for constant improvement through activations, recognition, and thorough communication
  • Partner with sales floor team to maintain general understanding of the front of house, knowing that each side of the business can only be successful if both work together seamlessly 


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Minimum of 3 years Retail Management Experience required.
  • Luxury retail management experience preferred.
  • Back of House or Operational roles preferred.
  • Motivated and willing to go above and beyond to service the client
  • Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities
  • The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development
  • The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential
  • Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment 
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
  • Understanding of Retail Labor Laws
  • GSuite experience a plus

A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 annually.
