Windermere Signature Properties, the premier real estate brokerage company serving the Greater Sacramento Region, is looking for an experienced Transaction File Processor to join our team. This is a full-time, in-person position working weekdays 8:00am-5:00pm at our corporate office in Sacramento.
We are looking for a customer focused individual, with an eye for detail, who has strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities. Previous experience processing, reviewing and auditing residential real estate sales transactions and related documents is strongly preferred for this position.
Primary Duties include:
- Audit and review real estate sales transaction files to ensure all required documents and signatures have been obtained and follow up to obtain any missing information
- Verify broker sales commission calculations and information
- Provide customer support to sales agents regarding transaction file requirements
- File transaction related documents
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications & Education include:
- High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education a plus
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working with real estate transaction related contracts and disclosure documents
- Certified Transaction Coordinator designation preferred
- Licensed California Real Estate Salesperson a plus
- Previous experience in the mortgage or title industry preferred
- Proficient with Google Suite and web-based transaction management software
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse personalities
- Customer focused, team player with excellent communication skills
