On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US-based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. Unit Description:

Providing hospitality services at Boise Airport since 2014, Delaware North offers travelers an array of dining options – including local favorites Bardenay and 13th Street Pub & Grill, as well as national brands such as Smashburger and Einstein Bros. Bagels.

Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop commissary associates in line with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and supervise activities of commissary associates 
  • Purchase, receive and distribute commissary items, verify receiving slips and invoices
  • Produce monthly commissary inventory and various operational reports
  • Monitor product quality and follow departmental guidelines when controlling cost and waste
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of previous supervisory experience, preferably in a commissary environment
  • No college degree required
  • Previous experience with inventory distribution
  • Working knowledge of food production techniques, purchasing, and sanitation procedures
  • Strong computer skills with Windows platform, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
